My room was fabulous! I especially appreciated the robes and slippers provided. These made trips to the spa much easier. The staff were very polite and helpful . The carvery and breakfast at the hotel were AMAZING!!!

I found the staff very friendly. They restocked water at my request. I walked around the golf course. It provided a tranquil experience. The rib restaurant was amazing. I particularly enjoyed the cheese souffle. The room was spacious and overlooked the golf course. The bed was comfortable.
I noticed the two disabled parking bays were often full! This made access difficult despite reassurances about a room close to the function areas.

the breakfast was extensive. i enjoyed the availability of gluten-free options (they had bread and muffins). the spa had a nice swimming pool. it was clean and well kept.
my room was not properly cleaned. there was dust on surfaces and some hairs in the bathroom. the tv remote in my room did not work. i had to call reception to get it replaced.

breakfast was great I found the restaurant staff polite and friendly the reception staff was cute I especially enjoyed the attentiveness the staff showed I had a very positive experience. The golf course offered a good challenge and the on-site swimming pool provided a great way to unwind after a day of activities. The driving range featured a toptracer system adding a modern touch to the practice sessions.
the limited time for hotel guests in the pool was disappointing the restricted area kept overnight guests from experiencing the outside pool even when it was not crowded this reminded me of a missed opportunity

The hotel provided clean rooms with comfy beds (I slept so well!). The location was great. There was plenty of car parking. The room was a generous size. The surrounding park was lovely.
I stayed for a wedding and booked a beautiful double room, but I found that they only offered 2 disabled parking bays close to the main reception. My room was also the furthest distance away from the function and dining rooms. The toilet did not flush well. The shower cubicle leaked too.
